A spiritual bouquet gathers the prayers and messages of the entire Augustinian Recollect family to express closeness to the Holy Father, in an initiative shared with the Order of Saint Augustine.
The Augustinian Recollect family wishes to accompany Pope Leo XIV with prayer and convey its affection from every corner of the world. With this purpose, it joins the spiritual bouquet promoted by the Order of Augustinian Recollects and the Order of Saint Augustine through the website oracion.agustinosconelpapa.com.
The initiative calls upon the entire Augustinian Recollect family: religious men and women, secular fraternities, young people, educational communities, parishes, and all those who share the charism of the Recollection. Each one, from their community and daily reality, can contribute to this gesture of communion with the Pope.
A family that accompanies and prays
Under the motto “We are the Pope’s family,” the spiritual bouquet offers a simple way to be present alongside Leo XIV. Geographic distance does not prevent sharing the faith or accompanying the Holy Father in his service to the Church.
An Our Father, a Hail Mary, a rosary, a Mass, or an offering of works thus become concrete expressions of closeness. By gathering these contributions, the initiative makes visible the prayer of a family spread throughout the world and united by a shared spirituality.
How to participate in the spiritual bouquet
To join, simply access the platform and register by providing name, country, and email, without needing to create a password. Afterward, each participant can record their prayers and offerings as many times as desired.
The website also allows writing a message to the Pope. The contributions will be gathered in a compendium that will be presented to the Holy Father as an expression of the affection and prayer of the Augustinian family.
The platform is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German, to facilitate participation from different countries.
An invitation for the entire Augustinian Recollect family
The proposal invites communities, fraternities, youth groups, schools, and parishes to spread the word about the spiritual bouquet and encourage their members to participate, personally or as a community.
The Augustinian Recollect family wishes Pope Leo XIV to feel its close presence: a family that prays for him, accompanies him, and shares the mission of proclaiming the Gospel.
