OAR reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, offensive to youth or children, public order, or public safety, or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication.

In any case, OAR shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: OAR, by itself or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of its portal, as well as all elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, choice of materials, computer programs necessary for operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by OAR or its licensors.
