Ethics Channel
The Ethics Channel is a safe and confidential space to report irregularities or risks, protecting the informant and promoting responsible and safe environments.
The Ethics Channel is the safe and confidential space that the Order of Augustinian Recollects makes available to all people who collaborate or are related to our environments. Through it, possible irregularities, behaviors contrary to our Code of Ethics, or situations that may violate the integrity of minors, vulnerable adults, or any other member of the community can be communicated in a simple and protected manner.
This channel guarantees confidentiality, protection of the informant, and independence in the management of each communication, following current regulations and the principles established in the Order, as set out in our Safe Environments Policy.
Before submitting a communication, we recommend consulting the Ethics Channel Policy, which explains its operation, scope of application, and the rights of all parties involved.
Below, you can access the secure form to submit a communication—in an identified or anonymous manner—and track it using the code you will receive at the end of the process.
Thank you for helping us build safer, more transparent, and responsible environments.
